Located in the heart of Antwerp, Hope of Africa has refined and perfected a system of channeling incoming goods towards the most appropriate clientele. The process is based upon an intimate knowledge of customer requirements. It allows us, via the DTC or other outside sources, to direct the exact assortment of goods accordingly.

Following the arrival of miscellaneous diamond parcels, our experts commence sorting operations. This includes the critical process of applying the appropriate pricing to the diamond parcels. Only then are the gems sent for certification to the world's most reputed grading laboratories, after which they are allocated to discerning customers around the globe.

Hope of Africa prides itself on the fact that almost all merchandise held, remains work-in-progress. This avoids the manifestation of excess stock, which could potentially strain resources. As a result, Safdico provides unequalled levels of service to its international clientele.

Safdico's sales and distribution facilities operate from both Geneva and New York. Geneva's Freeport office facilitates the shipping of rough and polished diamonds to global distribution centres. Safdico's New York branch handles the certification of thousands of polished diamonds, many of which are destined for Graff jewellery production.
